Miranda IM v0.2.1 Release Announcement

The Miranda Instant Messenger project is happy to announce a new public
release of Miranda IM.

This is a bug fix release that addresses two specific issues discovered
in v0.2. This is a recommended upgrade for all Miranda IM users with v0.2
or any previous version installed.

Miranda IM is a multi protocol instant messenger client for Windows.
Miranda IM is designed to be resource efficient and easy to use. It uses
very little memory, requires no installation and can easily be carried
around on a single floppy disc.

Miranda IM supports Windows NT4,95,98,Me,2000 & XP.

The powerful plugin system makes Miranda IM extremely flexible. Only the
most basic features are built in, but there are currently more than 120
plugins available for download that allows users to extend the
functionality in Miranda IM. Plugins can be installed to add support for
ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, Jabber, Gadu-Gadu, Tlen, netsend and other protocols.
Other plugins can notify you when someone reads your ICQ status message,
when someone has a birthday, when your friends comes online, or retrieve
weather information, encrypt your secret messages and many, many other
things.

Bugs fixed in Miranda IM v0.2.1:
* Sending messages to ICQ users who are in 'Invisible' mode does
not work if 'Send messages slower, but with full acknowledgement"
option is enabled.
* Sending message to users with old ICQ versions sometimes does
not work.
