#19 splashscreen?

this is a minor feature requests:
add a splashscreen.

To add a custom splashscreen:
- At build time, click 'Include File...' and choose your own graphic,
- Once done, replace the word 'include' for 'appsplash'

To customize the app icon and icon(s) for saved files from the
standalone, you'll have to edit the Info.plist. This file is located
inside the built package/Contents folder. (from the maxlist)
