Version 1.13 has been released

After a long break a new version of the tool has been released. It contains several fixes as well as improvements and new feature.

1 Fixed problems

1.1 HTML report selecting all projects (High severity)

Problem fixed:
In the situation, when project database contained several projects, the HTML project status report would pull items from ALL projects into the report of "Closed" items. This was applicable both for closed issues/risks, closed agreements and closed actions

New behavior
Now Closed items section of the HTML project status report contains only items from the selected project

1.2 Error in contacts search box (Medium severity)

Problem fixed:
In contacts form on the attempt to use a Search Box and error message would come up

New behavior
It is possible to search contacts sing the Search Box now

2 Cosmetic changes

2.1 In the Project form the sub-tabs for Issues/Risks, Agreements and actions as well as the “Recently used files” section under the “Options” tab now expand together with the screen size. This feature allows to take an advantage of a wider screen, than the tool was designed for.

2.2 In the project status HTML report issues and risks are now sorted by ID (from small to high). In the past they were sorted by issue identification date.

3 Changes of existing functionality

3.1 Meeting Participants subform in the Meeting record now displays the "email" field.
This allows to copy entire column and paste all email addresses in the TO field of the email. By doing this one can easily send emails to all meeting participants

4 New features

4.1 "All actions form" is added:

This form is opened by pressing the "All actions button", currently located at the "Options" tab (may be in the future a better place will be found).

This form has the following features:

• Appears as standalone window, separate from the rest of the MIRAAPT, which makes is easy to work with 2 screens

• Contains actions from all projects
