Hi,

I am completely new to using MIRA for assembly. I tried to install the package and do my first assembly project. But after sometimes running it, the process was aborted with this warnings:

Internal logic/programming/debugging error (sigh this should not have
happened)

  • Oooops, boundcheck failed: 0 0 0 *

->Thrown: void Contig::updateCountVectors(const int32 from, const int32 len, std::vector<char>::const_iterator updateI, const uint32 seqtype, const bool addiftrue, int32 coveragemultiplier)
->Caught: main</char>

Aborting process, probably due to an internal error.
