I am using mira 4.0.2_0+g29f87d4 (on MacOS X.11) to perform de novo assembly of small groups of reads. It works pretty well, however for a couple of read group, I have a strange failure and I can't figure out if this is a bug or a parameter issue.
I attach the std output for one of these groups and the corresponding reads.

MIRA probably got killed by the OS, I suspect because of memory problems.

Sorry, misclassified the error. However, I suspect the bug is fixed in the current development version. Can you please try 4.9.5?
