MinXL is a minimalist XML library written in standard C++/STL (less than 1000 LOC for Windows and GNU/Linux).

Although, it supports basic encoding/decoding, MinXL offers a simple and high level interface (no pointer-based methods like nearly all others XML libraries) for tags/attributes/values inserting/removing/copying/moving and parsing/building from/to file/string streams.
