MiniWebsvr 0.05 (Alpha) released

MiniWebsvr is a small web server that aims to one day be embeddable, although not quite yet ;)

This version is a stand-alone web server that supports OPTIONS,HEAD and GET, with support for If-Modified-Since HTTP requests to save on bandwidth.

Also MiniWebsvr, is currently only for Microsoft(R) Windows(R) systems, although plans are in place to get it to work on POSIX-style systems such as Linux and MacOS X.
