A vile deception !!! In the properties of the project indicated a free license GNU GPL, but in fact this is a common freeware !!! The author is a vile rascal!

Works fine on XP. Program is small and documentation is clear. Scanned with AVG - no virus detected. I can't read Russian, either, but the help file translates easily through Google.
