MiniPortal can now run the Apache Pluto test suite portlet, as well as the Spring Portlet MVC samples, minus some portlet security features. I am going to continue working with these to iron out any bugs, after which I will release an alpha build.

The MiniPortal project is soon going enter its first alpha, as initial implementations of all JSR 168 interfaces is nearly complete. I estimate that the first alpha version will be released around the end of April.
