0.2 released!

Hello folks!

It is my great pleasure to announce the availability of MiningBuddy v0.2! This is not only a huge bugfix release, but it also comes with a wealth of new features as well!

- User Management implemented. You can now ban, unban, delete and modify users to your liking.
- User Audit. Know exactly who logged in, and when.
- Delete Runs. Due to popular request you can now delete closed runs. (Why?)
- User creation. Users can now request accounts from the login page. Once done, they have to click a link in an email to activate their account. But they can not use the account until an admin has confirmed that the account is legit.. and wanted.
- Facelifts here and there.
- Rewrote a lot of the code.
- Complete rework of the image rendering system.
- Initial admin account setup now a breeze - just request an account! (See readme)
- Most of the features that were requested.
- a brand new Readme :)

Upgrade and installation instructions come with the package. Happy downloading, installing and using! ;)

And please send me bug reports and feature requests. (I'd also like donations in form of ISK :)
