#3 mining-op payout changes

Adding more methods for dividing up the payout of mining-ops.
Currently looking at adding the following two to the current existing one:

- Weight based: Giving corps the option to add a weight multiplier to specific ships, increasing that ship's payout.

- M3 based: Uses the M3/pm for dividing up the payouts. Will have to look at methods of paying out haulers and armed escort(s).
