#79 install dependencies minidlna & fedora 38

Hi all,

I've been trying to install minidlna on fedora38, but I get:

dnf install minidlna
Error:
Problem: conflicting requests
- nothing provides libFLAC.so.8()(64bit) needed by minidlna-1.3.2-1.fc38.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

I got this when I upgraded:
flac-libs-1.4.2-1.fc38.x86_64
libsndfile-1.1.0-5.fc38.x86_64

What can I do about this?
