#67 What is "URL presented to clients" in minidlna.conf ? Please help

What is the meaning / typical format of this line in minidla.conf:

URL presented to clients (e.g. http://example.com:80).

presentation_url=/

I currently have, based on what was suggested in the minidla.conf DIetPi os installated version of MiniDLNA, this:

URL presented to clients.

The default is the IP address of the server on port 80.

presentation_url=http://192.168.1.250:8080/minidlna

What is this "presentational url" ? It must be somewhat different than what is specified as port :8200, whichs shows statistics regarding library. Do I need to forward port 8080, like I specified, or is there something wrong with the link I put in ? It is the internal IP address of the Odroid XU4 DietPi that has MiniDLNA installed, with the port changed from default port 80 to 8080 by me.
