#181 Please allow minidlna to respond to nonlocal queries

My DLNA server is on a separate network to its clients. I can route the network traffic between server and clients, but by default minidlna rejects queries from other networks.

This patch adds a -I option to accept queries from nonlocal networks on the first interface.
