#153 Add support for HEIC/HEIF image format

Wondering if support for serving HEIC/HEIF files can be added.
Apple ecosystem now fully upgraded to HEIC, abandoning the 30+ years old JPEG, seeking for more efficient and advanced file formats.
Canon and Sony newer cameras also save HEIC if you enable more advanced features such as HDR.
My family photos 2TB archive is mostly HEIC since 2017, since almost 10 years ago.

My Linux distribution (Fedora) has libheif (https://github.com/strukturag/libheif) that can be used to extract metadata from HEIC/HEIF files.

I tried to study the source code of minidlna to see if I can myself add support for HEIC, but, I confess, don't know where to start and what is the approach.

Please add support for newer image formats.
