#144 Allow JPEG_TN/JPEG_SM/JPEG_MED/JPEG_LRG for coverart

Hi there,

I've recently been using ReadyMedia/minidlna as my home media server on my raspberry and I like it very much.

The issue I have is with the automatic resizing of album cover art to 160x160 pixel (which applies to the official DLNA specification). In bubbleUPNP (android app) however those resized images look really bad.

Can you maybe add support for JPEG_TN, JPEG_SM, JPEG_MED and JPEG_LRG, so that those library items can still have the thumbnail image but when a song is played it shows a bigger cover art?

People have been talking about this feature in here https://sourceforge.net/p/minidlna/patches/153/ and they also made a patch for 1.2.1 so maybe there is a chance to merge this to the main branch?
