#127 Off-line Volumes

Problem: most of us have media stored in off-line volumes. ReadyMedia cannot currently deal with this. If any off-line volume already scanned goes off-line then ReadyMedia automatically re-scans all media.

Solution:
1.Store the volume uuid and label in ReadMedia's database.
2.When ReadyMedia starts, any volumes that are not mounted will be hidden to users.

1. Allow deletion of database data by volume uuid and label - for the case the use no longer uses the volume to store media.
2. Allow listing of volumes stored in the database.
