I'm running on a FreeNAS server. I configured the media directory to point where I wanted. Inside that directory I have a subdirectory Audio which is working fine, and Video-Instruction which contains only one file, and it is also cataloged. But subdirectories Internet-Movies, Video-work, and Images contain files which don't show up.
What's the secret?

Permissions? You should start in debug mode and read the output:
minidlnad -d -R
