    I have just started using this to stream videos to my PS3. Is is possible to add thumbnail cover art images for the videos? What should the file structure look like for that?

    Yes, video thumbnails are supported.  The recommended way to add them is to place a .jpg file in the same directory as the video, using the same name.  So, for example, if you have "video1.mpg" in a directory, just add either "video1.jpg" or "video1.mpg.jpg" in the same folder, and it should be used as video cover art on PS3.

    Hi, could you think to support an option like

    on minidlna.conf

    in order to get the pngs thumbnails already created of modern OS (gnome, kde…)

    Its supossed to be the name of the hash original filename…

    as simple as:
    ised=`echo "$i" | sed -e 's, ,%20,g'`  # needed to fix filenames with spaces
    file_hash=$(echo -n "file://$ised" | md5sum | awk '{ print $1 }')

    if  # check if thumbnail already exists
    echo "$file_hash already exists…skipping"
    echo "Generating thumbnail $file_hash"
    convert -thumbnail $tn_dim "$i" ~/.thumbnails/normal/"$file_hash".png  # Generates photo thumbnails

    And please…

    Could you include anduras patch video chapter support for samsung TVs?

    Thats could be great…!!!

    Thanks for all…
