#319 MiniDLNA close connection after TV Samsung has been turned off

MiniDLNA closes connection after TV Samsung has been turned off.

Steps to repro:
1. Shitch on TV (Samsung TV).
2. Try to find source (minidlna server).
3. No way.
4. Restart MiniDlna service on your server
5. Minidlna has been showed and it's working (watch something)
6. Turn off the TV
7. Turn it on again and try to find the minidlna source.

BUG - TV Samsung can't find minidlna service which works before turned off the TV.
