As described in [1] there is a problem on Mac OS X when building version 1.1.1.

IFF_SLAVE isn't defined and thus leads to a compilation error:

getifaddr.c: In function ‘getifaddr’:
getifaddr.c:85: error: ‘IFF_SLAVE’ undeclared (first use in this function)
getifaddr.c:85: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
getifaddr.c:85: error: for each function it appears in.)

A simple patch fixing the issue is supplied.

I've asked for path #104 to be closed as the current version compiles on mac - IFF_SLAVE is defaulted to 0 if it doesn't exist. I suggest this bug can now be closed.
