Hi,

I'm using MiniDLNA on a ReadyNAS NV+ 4.1.8 which claims to be version 1.0.22.

What happens is that after a successful scan, the automatic update generates some bad folders.
I can see when I browse via a PS3 some folders named (null) that contains files.
These files should have been located in an other folder (which exists and contains other correct files).

The files in (null) are sometimes working sometimes the PS3 refuses to play them.
Not all updated files are bad, some are in the correct location.

In the log /var/log/upnp-av.log I cannot see anything related to the automatic update.

Only plenty of upnphttp.c:878: warn: HTTP Connection closed unexpectedly.

What can I do to solve this issue?

    Can you try the latest update addon posted on the ReadyNAS forum? http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=76&t=27946
    If you still experience problems, let me know what steps I need to take to reproduce it.

    Yes, I've been using 1.0.24 for a week and I get the same issue
    The 2 activities that I perform regularly are:

    1) via NFS.
    I have about 20 .flv files (60MB each).
    I then call via a script ffmpeg to convert the format to .mp4
    and output directly on the nas mount.
    Since I only convert format and not the codec, each of them is quick
    about 30 seconds.

    2) this one runs directly on the nas, executed by cron
    I basically download the news from the italian tv
    and keep 1 file per day.
    Called Monday.mp4, Tuesday.mp4......

    Download the file to /tmp/${NEW_IN_TMP}
    rm -f ${OLD}
    mv ${NEW_IN_TMP} ${OLD}

    where ${OLD} in the DLNA share.

    Is it possible to control the full rescan from the command line on the nas?
    I can schedule a rescan daily during the night, rather than having to do it via
    the webinterface each time I find a problem.
    Anyway it only takes 15 minutes here.

    Forgot to say, the files involved at point 2) are 2 and they are 200MB each.
    I run this task twice a day 1PM and 8PM.
