#84 MEGUI gave an error after encoding finished

after the file has completely finished encoding and after it started demuxing for a while it gave that problem,of course the file isn't accessible and i had to delete it, this is my second time to have such a problem and in both times i exported to avi, that should be no problem cause i had some successful encoding to avi the same day.
