#72 AVS Scripting Error

Hello I was trying to encode a video that was a H.264 encode in an mp4 container but when it tried to load the avs file it auto-creates it can't load AVCSource(). I am running a 64-bit environment of Windows 7 and I am not sure if the path variance is what is causing the plugins not to auto-load as they claim to be installed.
