#146 Audio Decoding Problems

I'm converting an MP4 to MKV (using Hi10p x264). It goes through video encoding just fine, then it decodes audio, encodes it, and then starts to decode it again when the error shows, I'm using Nero AAC codec(which I've properly installed in my /tools/BeSweet folder), I first tried 320 bitrate, then went down to 192 bitrate, and I still got the error. Then I tried using the FFmpeg AC-3 codec at those bitrates and still got the error.
