Been really busy with real work recently.
But made some time to 95% complete hardware.
To recap I have 3 In -> 3 thru (1:1 straight)
These in's are also tapped into UART 1, 2, 3 on Mega.
I have written but not debugged algorithms for midi merge between 1 and 2.
There are two outputs.
One for the merge
One for the transform.
The idea is first two inputs are from my midi master keyboard and miniak
These signals are to be merged, into BCR2000 (or any A14 NRPN knob box).
The output of the BCR is fed into input 3.
This is then transformed from a bias A14 into a S14.
Hence in theory one knob per range (-ve to +ve).
This software has been prototyped.
Need to solder in the 220 ohm resistors for the output stages (2) and the hardware is at least done, tested and working.
Then comes the algorithm development on Arduino.
I also picked up a ESi 2000 and fortunately still had SCSI CD ROM, cards, cables and 72 pin EDO ram in my loft!
So I have a 128M hardware sampler (50 pin to 80 pin scsi convertor on it;s way from China .. .crossing fingers here).
