#78 Missing files in MinGW

I installed MinGW and each of the packages (there is
not a lot of information on what the minimal install
is). When I was done, I found that a set of files were
missing that gcc/g++ wanted: as.exe, ld.exe, etc.

I note that this is on WinXP and this is from "current"
on the website.
