I want to use Eclipse IDE for developing C program and
they recommended MinGW for the compiler/debugger.
I am new to SourceForge and would like to know what
should I download- I got lost trying to figure out if
it is from Candidate or from Latest Link.
Could any one of you please help me out.
Also to develop C program on Windows, is Eclipse/MinGW
sufficicent?
Thanks.

    download the mingw.exe. get gd6.3, and mingw32make.exe

then install them make sure you can use the cmd.exe tool to
    use the new gcc
    compiler.

once that is set up, get eclipse3.1 and cdt3.0 zip files,
    unzip them both to
the same dir then start eclipse.

next play around and set up your environment to use mingw32
    make.
