When cross-compiling Subversion for mingw, I found I had undefined references to CLSID_CMultiLanguage and the IID_IMultiLanguage interfaces.

Looking at MSDN ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa740804%28v=VS.85%29.aspx ) I see these are in mlang.dll, but there is no libmlang.a in MinGW, so I created a .def file to resolve my compilation problems. See attached.
