J.J.vanderHeijden's GNU mingw32 tools. Contains some useful tools, and
also old versions of GCC (2.8.x).

to replace Colin's broken link. We might want to host that data
replace JanJaap's link. Again we might want to think about hosting
this old data ourselves.
I plan to work soon, June-ish on getting the website more maintainable.
I.E. I will move the Drupal CMS that we started over a year ago into
production mode after I apply the last version 5 patch release. Drupal
6 is out but we should give it a long soak period. These things will
then become community maintained.
