Really it is not an FS issue but an API/subsystem one. AFAIK it is not
possible in the Win32 subsystem. However, the Microsoft Windows Service
for UNIX (SFU, <URL:http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserversystem/sfu/>)
can achieve this in its own subsystem on normal Windows file systems (at
least OK for NTFS). This might be the only advantage I found in it.
You will take the cost that a normal Win32 application can access one of
`aa' and `AA', but not both. *ONLY* SFU application can access these
two files simultaneously.
