I am trying to compile a tool called AGFL (http://www.cs.kun.nl/agfl/) under
windows. Prerequisites are :
- GLib win32 port <-- MY PROBLEM
- CDL3 compiler
I have installed MinGW, Msys, MsysDTK, Win32API so as the following binaries
taken fromg the Gimp win32 project:
glib-1.2.x or better
I also have the CDL3 compiler for windows.
Actually I get a problem while running the ./configure. The system checks if
GLib is present by calling glic-config. Hence I presume that GLib-2.0 cannot
be used to compile AGFL.
I then decided to try and compile GLib-1.2.10. In the README file. They advise
to use GLib-1.3. Nevertheless, I did not manage to compile any of those two
versions. Before going even more in details, I would like to know if theoretically,
it is possible to compile GLib-1.2 on windows under the MinGW environment. I
do know that this is for example not possible under the Cygwin environment without
modifying the package.
