Has anyone been able to load the OpenGL extension functions w/ MinGW?
In linux nothing is required other than including the GL headers.
In MSVC you include windows.h and use the wglGetProcAddress() function.
I've tried to use the SDL_GL_GetProcAddress (something like that), but with
no luck. Program crashes at runtime.
Can anyone provide a working solution?? Does one exist?
