Most of the common control #defines in commctrl.h are guarded to ensure the
developer (you) has to specify the minimum version to support.
Normally you would define _WIN32_IE to something before including commctrl.h
#define _WIN32_IE 0x0300 /* basic support (try 0x0500 to add more). */
