There has not been put much effort on the Ada compiler in the 3.3 branch. (in other words nothing). You won't gain much updating from 3.3.1 to 3.3.3 (to be released this week).
On the other hand ACT have checked in a lot on the main trunk until 3.4 had been branched (Jan 16 2004). They seem to be updating the trunk only. I expect 3.4 to be of considerable higher quality then 3.3 or 3.2. 3.4 is scheduled for March or April.
BTW, I never had real problems with the compiler quality of gcc-3.2 or 3.3.
