There is really none worth the time. Save yourself the headache, invest =
in some books
especially Charles Petzold and Jeffery Richter books. Both are basically =
C SDK books.
There is only one book so far truly using C++! Windows++ by Paul =
Dilascia, but it is old
now (dated 19--actually written for Win3.1. However, the source codes on =
the author's web site is
updated for Win9x. It is also the only book that will teach you a =
practical way to build your own
Windows C++ framework.
Along the line you will also need a lot of specialized books, such as =
books on multithreaded
programming, COM, Help, Shell, Registry.
