I have hit an issue with windres CONTROL 163,IDC_MYBMP,"Static",SS_BITMAP | SS_NOTIFY,0,0,50,50 should compile but I just get 'parse error' presumably as 163 is not a string. This is legal and has meaning for "Static" + SS_BITMAP. I see from the binutils archive that Danny you may have been involved in a discussion a few years ago (small world) - http://sources.redhat.com/ml/binutils/2003-03/msg00339.html Does anyone know why this is still causing a problem? Is there a fix/work-around? I'm using MSYS. Steve Lee |

(Remember that link to binutils list? Follow it back to the fix), Newer binutils are avalable from mingw download page, Danny |
