File: http://prdownloads.sf.net/mingw/MSYS-1.0.10-rc-2.exe?download I think that I've accomplished the impossible. At least the stackdump causing bug hasn't appeared for me for a while. Give it a try. Earnie. -- http://www.mingw.org |

I am not sure what stackdump you are referring to, but I have able to "make bootstrap" gcc-3.2.3 and gpc-20030830 (as MSYS apps, not Mingw apps) without any stackdump. Lines with searched-for words are lost at the top (and bottom?) of the screen in less. In vi, the statusline at the bottom of the screen gets mixed up with the line for ex commands underneath it, and parts of the statusline start creeping up teh screen. All these problems can be solved with ^L, but I miss the rock-solidness of 1.0.8. -- Greg Mahteson, Taiwan |

What do you mean by > ``solved with ^L''? Redrawing the screen by pressing <Ctrl-L>, though this does not bring out the text found one line above the top line and hidden by it. I have to scroll up a line to see that. |
