Hi folks, Some time ago I developed a complete GUI system for DOS in C++ and it = was quite good. Now I want to rewrite it as an alternative powerful = shell for Windows (95). My questions follow. Shell events (like mouse = moves over buttons) triggers a sound to play. I can play WAV files, but = I want also to support MP3 files. Is there any mingw library for MP3 = out there? Also, any mingw library for playing .AVI files? I guess a = library for AVI files is not nescessary, since the windows API probably = handles AVI files. Is this correct? If so, can anyone send me a sample = of playing an AVI using the API (sounds strange saying it like that, = eh!). Thank you. |
