Yes, the code page is affecting what you see. MSYS doesn't deal with
the code page you have set. You might get lucky with setting one of the
encoding environment variables defined at
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Environment-Variables.html but I don't
know if it will help. You might try using Console2 to see if it helps
as well as modifying the Fonts properties of the console window; again I
don't know if it will help.
