I had the same problem beginning early yesterday and posted a similar
inquiry. I see plenty of activity on the mailing list including an
upgrade to mingw-get so evidently some have access... Can't speak for
anyone else, but I may have been banned due to my failure to
exercise proper Netiquette (laughing).

The mailing list and downloadable files are hosted by sourceforge.
You should still be able to access them:

I'd guess the likelihood of a fix improves when the provider's full
