I hope we can make use of the standard macro _WIN32_WCE instead of inventing 
new ones, so that code written for Microsoft's Windows CE compilers can be 
as compatible as possible with GCC. This macro is defined only when 
targetting Windows CE platforms (including but not limited to Pocket PC) and 
also equals the version number of Windows CE, e.g. 300 for WinCE 3.0.
