If you don't have pexports then download the mingw-utils package or use "objdump -p". If the output shows WlxNegotiate@8, etc. instead of just WlxNegotiate then that is probably the problem. See this site for hints: http://wyw.dcweb.cn/stdcall.htm The first thing to try is adding "-Wl,--kill-at" to your link command line, assuming you are using the recommended "gcc -shared" (not the deprecated dllwrap).
