[Mingw-users] gcc installation on cygwin/windows XP on i686

I am trying to install gcc 3.2 on cygwin/windows XP on i686
at compile time it requires cygwin1.c and cygwin2.c that is not =
available on my system=20
as i install cygwin from bin s available from cygwin.org
is there files are required at all
is there any other way to install gcc on above said system

any pointer in this direction ...............
