I'm having trouble compiling a program on Cygwin using MinGW's make. I get the following:

g++ -g -Wall    -c -o grid.o grid.cpp
g++: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1plus': No such file or directory
c:\programs\mingw\bin\mingw32-make.exe: *** [grid.o] Error 1

I saw that Aaron had posted a quick fix for it:

But, I can't figure out how/where to set the PATH. Could anyone please help out with this?
