I am using Clamwin antivirus which seems to use a "cygwin1.dll" file.
But If I exit from Clamwin the problem is the same.

Well, I was looking for a utility I used to use. I thought it was from
sysinternals.com but I can't find it.
I've seen others report bad memory and lack of virtual memory space.
You are the first in a long time (I can't remember when) with this
issue. Do you have some process open that uses Cygwin? I'm grasping
for a needle in a haystack here. How much physical memory do you have?
How much virtual memory (swap space) do you have? Which version of
MSYS are you using 1.0.10 or 1.0.11?
