No

This is probably a cosmetic issue only, because the types are typedefs
of each other (except maybe on 64-bit Windows?)

MinGW defines:
LONG PackDDElParam(UINT,UINT,UINT);
BOOL UnpackDDElParam(UINT,LONG,PUINT,PUINT);
BOOL FreeDDElParam(UINT,LONG);
LONG ReuseDDElParam(LONG,UINT,UINT,UINT,UINT);

While MSDN reads:
LPARAM PackDDElParam(UINT,UINT_PTR,UINT_PTR);
BOOL UnpackDDElParam(UINT,LPARAM,PUINT_PTR,PUINT_PTR);
BOOL FreeDDElParam(UINT,LPARAM);
LPARAM ReuseDDElParam(LPARAM,UINT,UINT,UINT_PTR,
UINT_PTR);
