No

During the conversion the new repositories lost their config information and the hooks.mailinglist information went away. Need to fix the ones listed in the labels field of the ticket.

Also the description files were not copied. These are used for the mail messages and the old gitweb which is no longer used.

So, now Erwin has pushed an update to mingw-dist, and I've received two notification mails: one from Erwin via your mingw-cvs mailing hook, and one from the repository notifications system itself; the latter is much more concise, providing only a link to a web view of the commit-diff, whereas the more verbose former includes the full diff within the mail. I prefer the more concise format.

Strangely, when you post to mingw-org-wsl, I get only the more verbose form via mingw-cvs; I'd prefer the more concise form, but I don't receive it.

There's clearly something not working consistently here; reopening.

Because you're not subscribed to the mingw-org-wsl repository and you are subscribed to the mingw-dist repository.

There's clearly something not working consistently here; reopening.

The inconsistency is clearly your SF account settings which is the reason to have the mailinglist hook.

According to my account settings page, I am subscribed to both. Please give me some credit for having checked that, before raising this issue.

        Wrong assumption! See above.

which is the reason to have the mailinglist hook.

Well, I find that too verbose; I am suspending my subscription to it, and will not monitor it in future.

Then you should report to forge:site-support; I'm not saying you don't know that.

Your prerogative to do so; which is what I thought about saying earlier.

BTW, the Log link in the mingw-cvs list version can be used to get the online version by replacing the "git://git.code." with "https://".
