#1515 ia32intrin.h defines of _rotl, _rotr conflict with stdlib.h

The issue is that gcc's intrinsic definitions of _rotl/_lrotl/_rotr/_lrotr are confliction with that one of stdlib.h header.

A simple wrapping of those function names via () should solve the issue.

    The problem you report has caused modification in some fashion in
    the official CVS for the given package. The w32api and
    mingw-runtime official CVS reside in the winsup CVS directory tree for Cygwin. If you still find problems then please open a
    new report.
