#1241 missing _fstat32 (and friends) in libmsvcr80.a

_fstat doesn't exist in msvcr80.dll.
however, both _fstat32 and _fstat64 do.
repeat for pretty much every system call.

_fstat64 however _does_ exist in libmsvcr80.a

so, it would seem that the naming conventions are wrong.

presumably some nice #defines in the headers would
sort out the difference between fstat going to
_fstat32 or _fstat64.
